Shipping & Returns Policy
Kitty Paradise Boutique accepts shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. To ensure secure delivery to our customers, we do not ship to post office boxes. Please note that a post office box address may still be used for your billing needs.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. A tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided to us at checkout. Delivery is estimated to take 4-10 business days. All orders are shipped from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Kitty Paradise Boutique is not responsible for any delivery delays due to the fault of the carrier.
How to Request a Return/Refund:
At Kitty Paradise Boutique, we do our best to ensure all items pass our standard of quality before carefully packing them for shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 3 days from confirmed delivery to request a USPS return label (some exclusions apply*). Kitty Paradise Boutique is not responsible for any additional costs incurred to return your item(s).
*All earrings are final sale and will not be eligible for return. Customers may request a full refund for earrings if the item arrives defective or damaged. You must include any photos of damaged or defective items.
Once the return process is initiated and we receive the required information, the USPS return label will be sent to your email within 48 hours. The return item(s) shall be shipped back to Kitty Paradise Boutique unworn, unaltered, and maintained in its original packaging. The packing slip must accompany the return.
